  7.   of the STOLEN  DATA music competition
  8.   which appeard way back  in issue  #1.
  9.   The  competition  was held by  SILVER
  10.   of ERRORS,  here are  his reviews  of
  11.   the winning tunes.

  13.   1: CARESS by MR FANCY / GIANTS

  15.   The jurys comment:  This  song 
  16.   includes nice effects and clever use
  17.   of   good   samples.  The  tune   is 
  18.   thrilling,  we would say  close to a
  19.   masterpiece.  We  all   congratulate
  20.   MR  FANCY / GIANTS as he  enters the
  21.   great throne of honour  as the other
  22.   ones bite the dust !!
